Delivery times & shipping costs
Delivery is carried out by the mail carrier or parcel service of DPD, PostNL or UPS. Orders placed on working days before 15:00 for delivery within the Netherlands will generally be delivered within 48 hours. Shipments to EU countries are expected to be delivered within 3 working days. Shipments outside the EU are dispatched on the next working day; delivery time depends on the destination.
Please note: if you pay by bank transfer, a delay may occur until we have received the payment. We can only ship your order once the payment has been credited to our account. If you choose other payment methods such as PayPal, credit card or iDEAL, we receive the payment immediately and can process your order right after payment.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time of the carrier.

The prices listed in the webshop are excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are shown at checkout when you place an order in our webshop. Prices are based on the latest rates from the carriers we use.
All shipments outside Europe are sent under Incoterm DAP.
Please note: that delivery times are indicative only. If, for any reason, it is not possible to meet the estimated delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.
