Refund and return policy
The following conditions apply to the return policy:
**You may cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. For orders above €29,95 you will be credited the full order amount including shipping costs within 14 days and you may return the products to us free of charge. For orders under €29.95, you will be credited the full order amount including shipping costs within 14 days. However, you must pay the cost of the return yourself.
To exercise this right, please contact us at support@firstelementsstore.com, or call +31 (0)40 222 0492. For orders above €29,95 we will send you a shipping label with which you can return the shipment to us. For orders under €29,95 you are responsible for the cost of returning the shipment. In consultation we can help you obtain a shipping label. You may also take care of this yourself. We will then ensure that the order amount due is refunded within 14 days after revocation.
The order amount will be credited if the product is returned to Firstelemensstore or if conclusive proof of complete return can be presented.
Please note; the right of withdrawal applies to consumer purchases, not business purchases. If, as a business customer, you would like to exchange a product or still want to return a product, we will be happy to look at the options together. Generally, our return policy as written above will also apply to business purchases.
Special conditions:
1. If you have ordered multiple products and want to use the right of withdrawal on only one of the products ordered. You will only be credited for the cost of the returned product. The shipping costs will then continue to apply to the remaining products ordered.
4. If an order is not picked up by you at a shipper’s pickup point, you may be charged a return fee. You may also be charged a return fee if you refuse an order at the door.
