UV-A intensity meter

The meter is designed to provide a price-competitive, easy-to-use tool for checking the efficiency of UV-A lamps. As we all know, there is still little or no awareness of the fact that UV-A light deteriorates over time and, as a result, lamps are not replaced or are replaced too late.

The UV-A intensity meter is equipped with an easy-to-read 3.5 inch (LCD) display. Weighing ± 100 grams (including batteries), the meter is very handy in daily use.

The spectrum of the UV sensor has a range between 320 – 400 nm, taking measurements 2.5 times per second. All meters are supplied with a factory calibration and are ready to use immediately. The UV-A meter is equipped with 3 x 1.5V (AAA) batteries and has a battery life of ± 200 hours.

The UV-A intensity meter has the possibility to measure within 3 selection areas:
High: 0 tot 19.99 mW/cm²
Medium: 0 tot 1.999 mW/cm²
Low: 0 tot 199.9 µW/cm²
